IN NO EVENT WILL BOOSTONDEMAND, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, MEMBERS OR VENDORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY AMOUNT IN EXCESS OF $100.

Cogz Rewards
You may purchase Cogz™ rewards at any time from the Cogz store. Cogz rewards must be paid for at time of purchase. Cogz rewards are not redeemable for cash. Cogz rewards carry a 6 month expiration date from time of purchase. The value for any Cogz rewards that are not activated by the expiration date is not refundable. Once Cogz rewards are activated by a participant, the points may remain in participants’ bank accounts until they are spent by the participant or refunded to you. Refunds for unused points in participant bank accounts can be made by contacting BoostOnDemand. Refunds for unused points will be made in the form of a credit to purchase additional Cogz rewards. In the event that a Cogz reward purchase is lost, please contact BoostOnDemand within 10 business days of the order. BoostOnDemand will make every attempt to track the order, and at our option, we will replace any Cogz rewarded that were ordered but not yet activated. 

Online Shopping for Rewards
In the event a product available on or through the BoostOnDemand Rewards Store is listed at an incorrect points price or with incorrect information, BoostOnDemand will have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect points price. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify BoostOnDemand's acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of BoostOnDemand's offer to fulfill the product. BoostOnDemand reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Applicable freight and sales tax is included in the points price of the items in the Rewards Store. 

Applicable Taxes
You are solely responsible for determining and paying any payroll taxes that may be due and as may be required by the governing laws of your state, federal and local governments. 

International Users
The Service is controlled and operated within the United States. BoostOnDemand makes no representation that content, materials or products available on or through the Service are appropriate or available for use outside of the United States. If you access the Service from a location outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with applicable laws, including local laws regarding online conduct and content and U.S. export laws and regulations.

Miscellaneous
These terms of use, together with the Privacy Policy, represent the entire understanding of the parties regarding the use of the BoostOnDemand Websites and supersede any previous documents, correspondence, conversations, or other oral or written understanding related to these terms of use. These terms of use shall be governed by and construed under New Jersey state law without regard to its choice of law rules, and, where applicable, the laws of the United States. To the extent permissible by law, any disputes under these terms of use or relating to the Service shall be litigated in the local or Federal courts located, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue, in the state of New Jersey. A modification or waiver of a part of these terms of use shall not constitute a waiver or modification of any other portion of the terms of use. If for any reason any provision of these terms of use is found unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remainder of the terms of use will continue in full force and effect.
