- I lost my password, how can I retrieve it?
- You can have your password emailed to you by using the password request link which is located under the account login form.

- Yes, we use SSL 128 bit encryption. All of your personal information is transmitted securely.

- Yes, all your personal information is transmitted securely.
- How do I register my company?
- You can sign up your company by clicking on "Sign Up Your Company" and filling out the account information. After you have registered, you can choose to first customize your program or buy Cogz.
- How do I choose reason codes and/or objectives?
- Reason codes are based upon what is most important to your company. After you have registered, click on "Customize Your Program". After you have submitted company information from that page, you will be directed to your companies Boost on Demand home site. Under "Administrator Tools", click on the "Manage Priorities" tab. There, you can choose your reason codes.
- How do I purchase Cogz?
- First you must register your company. After you have registered, click on the "Buy Cogz" link. Choose the point value and quantity of Cogz you wish to purchase and add them to your cart. When you have finished shopping, simply checkout!
- How quickly will I receive my Cogz after I purchase them?
- Cogz ship within 2 business days of the order and will be delivered within 3-6 days from shipment.
- Can I track when my Cogz are shipped?
- Yes
- Do my Cogz expire?
- Yes, Cogz expire. Cogz must be redeemed 6 months after purchase. Those Cogz that have not been redeemed will expire after 6 months. Once Cogz have been redeemed, they never expire. Be sure your employees redeem them in a timely manner after they have received them. You can check the status of your Cogz by clicking the "Check Cogz Status" tab.
- How do I edit my account information?
- You can edit your personal information my clicking on "My Boost Account" and "Update Profile".
- How do I upload my company logo?
- After you have registered your company, click "Customize Your Program". There will be an option for you to download your company logo, which will appear in the top left corner of the site.
- How do I upgrade to Boost 1.0?
- If you are interested in upgrading to Boost 1.0, please contact one of our representatives at 800-324-9756.
- Can I return my Cogz?
- No, Cogz are non-returnable non refundable.
- Can I stop the Boost on Demand program at anytime?
- Yes, Boost on Demand is a pay and order as you go program. You can choose at anytime to discontinue using the program.
